The objective of this initiative is simple – to help men who have problems with alcohol to stop (or reduce) their drinking, in order to live happier, healthier and wealthier lives. They’ll be happier not only because of their improved health and financial positions, but also because alcohol is a depressant of the central nervous system.
It can be helpful to record your progress over time, to provide you with tangible evidence of your improved happiness, health and wealth. If you have relapses, it may help you better understand what your “triggers” are, and help you develop better coping strategies.
